Qualification and experience:

Graduate in Food Sciences & Technology / Food Sciences / Nutrition with min. 1 year experience in relevant trade

OR

DAE Food Technology / DAE Food Processing & preservation Technology with min. 2-years experience in relevant trade.

OR

Graduation & certified (6-Months Short course from Govt. recognized institute OR Internship/ OJT certificate from renowned Hotel) cook with preferably 3 to 4 years experience of professional cooking/baking.

Teaching staff should have at least three years experience in the role of Chef de Partie. They should also hold or be working towards a formal teaching qualification.
