Qualification & Experience:

The candidates should have LLB / LLM / Barrister at Law Degree(s) from universities recognized by Higher Education Commission.

Fluent in English and having rich knowledge of general and procedural laws.

Enrolled with Sindh Bar Council and licensed to appear before High Courts and having 3 years of standing practice of independently pleading the cases before High Court.

Rich skills of legal drafting, preparing written arguments, PWCs, CAs, applications, preparing and filing appeals.

Good skills in drafting and vetting of agreements, contracts, tenders, MOUs etc.

Well versed with court procedure and able to liaise and deal with court offices for fixation of matters and case work / management.

Having good negotiation skills for dispute resolution in court matters / cases.

Expertise in Federal and Provincial Fiscal Laws shall be an added advantage
