Qualification and Experience;

bachelor's /Master's degree from HEC recognized university in public administration/public policy/development studies/Statistics/computer science/software engineering/Data management/project management/Educational management or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the field of monitoring & Evaluation, coordination and project management.

understanding of public sector project, monitoring and evaluation , and project management.

knowledge of world bank projects and experience of handling M&E of large -scale projects.

extensive skills of analyzing data using stata, spss or other relevant software will be preferred.

experience in managing grievance rederessal system (GRM)/Feedback complaint response system (FCRM) will be an advantage.
