Qualification and experience:
Masters degree in Forestry or related discipline to monitoring and evaluation. BSc.Degree in Forestry
Five years service experience of which at least three years must have been in BPS 17 or above. Ten years service experience of which at least three years must have been in BPS 17 or above.
Essential experience of implementing public sector/donor assisted projects of forestry in some administrative capacity.
