Qualification and experience:

Masters/Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Human resource management, business administration or any other related discipline from HEC recognized reputable university/institute.

Minimum twelve (12) years of progressively expanding post-qualification experience, that covers all broad areas of human resource management in professionally managed organizations with the reputation of having best-in-class human resource management practices.

Note: this position is eventually for a professional HR Manager, who will additionally be responsible for overseeing the function of administration.
