Qualification and Experience:

16 years' education [Master's degree / BS/BA (Hons)] degree in Urdu with minimum 2nd division AND where prescribed only the obtained CGPA in final Transcript/Degree "2.50 CGPA (out of 4) or 3.50 CGPA (out of 5) will be acceptable" from an HEC recognized institution.
Sound Knowledge of Urdu Grammar and Composition
Excellent Urdu writing and Verbal communication skills, with emphasis and flawless pronunciation along with ability to creative writing and mastery of literary genres will be of an additional value. P.HD, M.Phil, M.Ed. /B.Ed. qualification will be given additional qualification marks.
