Qualification and experience:

·         Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounts/Audit or equivalent from HEC/PM&DC recognized institutes

·         Preference will be given to those:

o    Having professional qualifications in addition to Master’s Degree i.e. ACA, ACMA, ACCA, certified internal auditor, or certified fraud examiner, or certified internal control auditor

o   Having relevant experience of handling Treasury Office (TO) and Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP) while working with the Government/Semi- Government /Autonomous Bodies

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field

·         Must have the experience:

o   to handle AGP audits or

o   with semi-government/autonomous/government organization(s)

·         Demonstrable leadership skills with a flexible style – consensual and participative but decisive where warranted

·         Strong analytical and evaluation ability

·         Strong communication skills both verbal and written

·         Demonstrable integrity, energy, enthusiasm, commitment and persistence

·         Must be a team player

·         Must have strong computer literacy

·         Strong ability to multi-task and high degree of adaptability to changing situations.
