Qualification and experience:

·         Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from  HEC recognized institutes

·      Minimum 10 Years of experience in the HR field with at least 6 years of working in HR department of the public sector organization.

·      Candidate having experience of working as Team Lead in the public sector organization with certification in HR and sound knowledge of using Microsoft technologies at advance level will be preferred.

·      Demonstrable leadership skills with a flexible style – consensual and participative but decisive where warranted

·      Strong analytical and evaluation ability

·      Strong communication skills both verbal and written

·      Demonstrable integrity, energy, enthusiasm, commitment and persistence

·      Must be a team player

·      Must have strong computer literacy

·      Strong ability to multi-task and high degree of adaptability to changing situations.
