Qualification and Experience:

1) Minimum 16 years education in Civil engineering or equivalent qualification with additional experience in project management/construction management/business administration/public administration/sociology/social work/economics/statistics/engineering management from Higher Education Commission recognized university/Institution.

2) At least 10 years relevant post qualification experience in civil works project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, hiring consultants/contractors and procurement in a public sector or well reputed private sector organization. preference will be given to those who have executed at least one development  project not less than RS.100.00 million.
