Vacancy Terms & Conditions:
Role of position: Selected Registration Officers / Assistant Registration will be responsible to perform responsibilities as details mentioned in newspaper Job advertisement. Selection Procedure: Individuals interested in working with EPR as Registration Officer / Assistant Registration Officer, EPR is looking for application requests from them. Screening test & interview will be conducted for candidates who will apply. Employment contract will be signed with shortlisted candidates, after that training will be conducted for them and they will be given their responsibilities to start the work. Selected candidates will be given contractual letters which they have to return to EPR after signing to get started with their work. Moreover candidates will be provided with portal access on EPR website where they will perform their tasks. Training & Support: Candidates who be selected and will agree to terms & conditions of EPR will be provided training and teach them the work process. Moreover candidates will have full support from their seniors who will assist them through different mediums, so that they can perform their tasks easily. Privilege Benefits: All selected officers will also avail registration with EPR free of cost, they will issue office cards and they will be provided with trainings related to their job from time to time. Organization registered selected candidates with EOBI for the sake of limited medical, insurance and pension as per government rules and regulations. Salary & Allowance: EPR will sign a contract for Salary and allowance as mentioned on advertisement with selected candidates. It is necessary for candidates to agree to terms & conditions of salary and allowance, those who agree will return a signed copy and the EPR will provide them offer letters. Monthly salary will be based on Fix basic Salary and Task allowance. Period of Employment: A long-term and permanent agreement will be signed however if any staff member caught of any misconduct or causes damage to the reputation of EPR at any level, EPR will release that staff member as per SOP’s; hence this employment is for the age of 60 years. Any candidate who wishes to resign from his/her duty may do so as per organization SOP’s.
