Terms & Conditions

EPR services are only for its registered candidates.

Registration: Interested candidates can register with EPR through online registration form submission or by post. It is necessary for candidates who register by posting registration form must attach all required documents photocopy as record, whereas its mandatory for candidates getting registered online to submit all the required documents as record to EPR during the process of submitting their application for first government job.

Information Service: In this regard registered candidates will receive information about their matched job announced by government across the country through authentic sources. Registered candidates will be informed through all major available means, whereas candidate who has applied on most number of jobs will only qualify to receive auto phone call. Candidate will be informed only about jobs that match his/her provided documents / information criteria.

Application Processing Service: Whenever Candidates registered with EPR intend to submit application against any government job vacancy, will inform EPR about it through available means upon which EPR will immediately take action to prepare the candidate’s application by attaching the required picture of candidate, educational certificates, copy of NIC, Domicile and test fee (If applied) will submit in the bank and will post it to the relevant government department within given time and will upload the necessary copies on candidate’s dashboard as record. Initially EPR will charge its specific processing fee in reference to processing charges against preparing the complete application of candidate along with attaching all required documents, submitting candidate’s fee in the bank and posting it to the relevant department. Candidates also have to deposit government department test fee (If applied) along postal charges (if applied) in advance to EPR. EPR will keep the candidate aware of all the applied charges against any vacancy whereas candidate’s application will be processed through both means online and post as well.

Assistance in test/Interview Preparation: After submitting candidate’s application to relevant government department EPR will provide the candidate guidance about the preparation of Test/Interview so that, candidate can prepare well for relevant government vacancy.

Application Follow up Service: EPR will keep the candidate informed about all the steps of hiring against vacancy that candidate has applied through EPR so that, candidate remains aware of all steps of job vacancy he/she applied for.

Amendment in Document: After getting registered with EPR if candidate wants any changes in the documents / information submitted can change by himself or have to contact EPR through helpline for assistance. Whereas candidate must provide any additional documents if required against specific government job vacancy within given time.

Fraud or Fake Documents: Candidate will be responsible against any action taken by government at any step in reference with fake documents provided by candidate or any kind of fraud.

Fee/ Service Charges Submission: Candidate will submit all kinds of applied charges only through banks and mobile banking services provided by EPR. In any case don’t submit fee to any individual or irrelevant person. Candidate will receive confirmation of paid Fee/Charges; if candidate doesn’t receive any confirmation from institution within given time then candidate must contact EPR Representative through helpline for verification. Fees deposited to EPR are non refundable and non transferable in any case.

Undertaking/Authority: It’s necessary for candidate to accept undertaking / authority statement of EPR given on Registration Form in order to avail EPR services.

Expected/ Possible Challenges of Information: In case if candidate have not received information about the jobs announced by the government through any one or more than one available means due to problem of network or any other issue, the candidate must contact EPR representative through helpline.

Journey of Facilitation & Technology: EPR will use all the latest means of technology in order to provide its services to candidates in best possible ways time to time.

Amendment of Terms & Conditions: EPR has all the rights reserved to make any changes in terms & conditions and applied charges to which all registered candidates must comply. Candidate registered with EPR will be obliged to accept all the changes or new terms& conditions of EPR with the passage of time unconditionally.

Helpline: Helpline will be open 09:00AM to 05:00PM without any holiday to provide services to candidate in best possible ways. Dedicated representatives available on helpline of EPR are keen to solve your problems and provide best available information making sure to provide best services possible.
