Qualification and Experience:

The Candidates must meet hte criteria mentioned in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.

Member of REcognized Body of Professional Accountants (CA/ACMA/ACCA/CAEW), or Certified Internal auditor CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or certified internal control auditor (CICA) or Person holding a Master's Degree in Finance from a University recognzied by the HEC.

Minimum 15 years of overall audit experience out of which atleast 8 years post qualification experience in internal audit including risk management, designing internal control procedures and effective compliance of financial reliability.

Minimum 03 years experience in similar senior management/ leadership role. Exerince and familiarity with public sector organization and infrastructure development projects will be an added advantage.

Other requirements:

Through knowledge of accounting standards and practics/ taxation laws. Detailed knowledge of audting standards and internal audit practics. Sound knowledge of risk assessment and management. knowledge of PPRA rules.
