Qualification and Experience:
1. A second class masters degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the higher education commision in a discipline relating to business administration , public administration or social sciences having preferably 5 years experience in the relevant field;  or
2. Bachelors degree in law from an accredited foreign or local university recognized by HEC having preferably 5 years experience in business administration , public administration , Asset management or LAW; and 
3.  Out of 5 years relevant experience a candidate must have 3 years experience of company secretary / management leval.
