Qualification and experience:
BS (16 years) or equivalent in Computer Science/ Software Engineering /IT from HEC recognized university/institution. - At least 2 years of development experience in software/ web applications. Expertise in ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC) and .net core etc.). Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC). Quality Assurance/ Testing and Acquaintance with government rules, regulations and procedures would be an added advantage.
