Job Description

• Identify goals and objectives of the project and report regularly to Director General. Devise a formal reporting mechanism for the designated team and give visibility to higher ups.
• Will be responsible for looking after the entire operations of the digitization project from beginning till end; leading the entire program and its team
•  Develop guidelines for the project and ensure their implementation.
• The overall responsibility of the project functions to ensure successful deployment within the allocated time, and designated cost. Manage Assistant Project Manager and Software Lead and Software Engineers.
• Manage relationship with client department.
• Liaison with the International Partners and develop more international partnerships and affiliations
• Conduct regular reviews of the team and districts regarding data insightsTo successfully enable an optimal performance environment where teams and individuals are motivated to succeed.
• To manage the awareness events for officials and public
• Giving direction to the overall publicity for the projectManage the allocation of project funds in an efficient manner
• Any other duty/responsibility as assigned from time to time
