Relevant qualification from HEC recognized institute.2 years of experience required.

Job Description

TO coordinate with client department and ensure documentation and timely resolution of issues. Responsible to act as PITBs Focal Person for the Project under the directions of Senior Programme Manager , Coordinate with client department for data/information collection as per specified Formats. Monitor the project to ensure timely generation of all project progress reports.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Assist senior program manager in implementation of the project   
• Prepare and share the daily and weekly progress report and milestone report
• Providing timely, appropriate feedback to staff on performance, both positive and corrective; effectively communicate escalated employee issues to line manager
• Provide project related assistance and support in field

Note:
