Relevant qualification from HEC recognized institute.1 years of experience required.

Job Description

• Good networking and technical skills required
• Good software diagnostics skills required
• Responsible for software and hardware configuration, update and design for increased efficiency of the systems.
• Work with technical and software team to keep the systems updated and efficient.
• Supervise technicians and other engineers during implementation phase

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Assess project needs and provide technical support
2. Manage and monitor installed system and infrastructure and ensure infrastructure availability
3. Coordinate with vendors and IT team for problem resolution
4. Oversee the installation of new hardware and software updates as and when required.

Note:
