Relevant qualification from HEC recognized institute.10 years of experience required.

Job Description

• Experience of managing public sector projects will be an added advantage
• Must be tech savvy with no hesitation to adopt new technologies and information systems.
• Must have good communication skills
• Provide overall leadership to the project.
• Act as a driving force to ensure seamless and timely execution of the implementation of HIMS in designated facility.
• Identify goals and objectives of the project teams and report regularly to Steering Committee.
• Overall responsibility of the project functions to ensure successful deployment within allocated time, and designated cost.
• Manage project team and devise a formal reporting mechanism for this designated team while giving visibility to higher ups.
• Manage good working relationship with client department(s).

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Oversee implementation of HIMS in designated hospital(s) with the coordination of client department.
2. Oversee operations of hospitals and monitor progress of the teams.
3. Develop and implement SOPs for each and every process for smooth functioning.
4. Regular meetings with clients to update on progress to management.
5. Project Planning as per project timelines.
