Job Description

• Responsible to assist Line Manager for the smooth operations of the video conferencing sessions. Responsible to coordinate with the
  service providers for the connectivity and hardware related issues.
• Executing all aspects of videoconferencing including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of trouble incidents occurring during call.
• Provide technical consultation, support, and act as lead contact for all videoconferencing operations and maintenance.
• Setting up, lesting, operation, and tearing down of audio visual and video conference equipment; (e.g. video data projection systems, computers, audio- and video conference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV svstems)
• Relevant certification will be an added advantage.
• 3 year relevant hands on experience on different video conferencing devices like Cisco, Huawei, Polycom and Tandberg etc.
