Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with source system technical owners, product owners, and Infrastructure resources to deploy and operationalize a Master Data Management (MDM) solution.
• Collaborate with relevant Departments to build and deploy data integration solutions to provide data in and out of MDM solution.
• Create designs to integrate data following established data integration patterns.
• Complete design, code review and test case reviews to improve and set the bar for the quality of the product delivery.
• Review and understand issues impacting the MDM solution and propose plans for remediation.
• Monitor and handle support incidents including root cause analysis.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least two years of experience in data related solutions, data governance, data modeling and data integration
• Hands-on development experience with various data related technologies and projects
• Passion and experience working in the data space specifically in Master Data Management solutions focused on identity resolution and golden client record creation/survivorship.
• Understanding of core Master Data Management styles and their application
• Experience with relational data engineering eco-systems
• Understanding of batch and real-time data integration patterns including ETL experience, data replication, data streaming, virtualization, etc.
• Experience working with relational databases including writing queries, understanding data models, and being able to profile the data to gain understanding of the data
• Good communication skills to summarize information, issues, and recommendations with customers, team members, external data providers, and leadership
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for their deliverables
• Ability to work across the organization and communicate effectively to various level
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• International work experience and education preferred
