Job Description

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Close coordination with the head office team.
• Responsible for keeping a close eye on project deliverables
• Ensuring that each milestone is achieved within due course of time without compromising quality of work
• Maintain letters / files and prepare report, communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Travel / work on-site at client locations if required
• Should be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of professional experience in routine office management activities.
• Proficient in MS Office, should be able to maintain letters/ files and prepare reports, communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Should be willing to travel/ work on-site at client locations if required.
