Qualification and experience:

B.Com from HEC recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial management.

Job Responsibilities

· Assist Manager (Admin & Finance) in all task related to finance and admin.

· Prepare draft payments as per rules for checking and signatures by Manager Finance & Admin

· Process all payments diligently in accordance with applicable / prevailing financial management practices / rules

· Coordinate with Bank, EAD, Finance Department, GoPb, HUD & PHED, AG Office etc. for all financial matters including preparation of cheques / vouchers, opening of accounts, disbursement of payments, preparation and seeking approval of SNE.

· Maintain registers and records of payments / transactions
