Qualification and experience:
Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences with 4 years’ experience in BS-17 or equivalent of maintaining and administering the HR policies in government or large organizations of repute in private sector. Proficiency in the use of computer applications is a must.
