Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Having HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting design
• Technical background of developing and delivering sustainable building services design (including but not limited to HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing and Gad distribution) specifications, BOQs and engineer estimates of Highrise Hospital, laboratories and educational
• Able to perform engineering evaluations, feasibility studies and proficiency in HAP and other HVAC related software’s.
• Working knowledge of various building services design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC and other international codes, standards and
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems, system performance, components requirements and design
• Interacting and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve
• Ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity in order to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual
• Reviewing and approving of shop drawings submitted by the
