Qualification and experience:

The Manager Mechanical oversees and assists with the design process. The incumbent is also expected to lead a team engineer to oversee all Mechanical related work on projects and ensure that the proper guidelines are being followed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising the work ensuring compliance with contract provisions Mechanical
• Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent
• Ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity in order to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual
• Interpretation and application of Contract specification in respect of technical
• Analyzing Contractors material submissions (Electromechanical) and
• Analyzing of Contractors technical proposals and their
• Reviewing and approving of shop drawings submitted by the
• Inspecting temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contracts Documents and approved shop drawings and
• Assisting with the inspection of completed
• Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of Mechanical
• Maintaining records of tests performed and work
• Leading the team in commissioning Mechanical works
