Qualification and experience:

Job Description

 

  • Education: 16 years of qualification in MBA/MPA/Finance/Economics/Project Management/ Social Sciences or related discipline from a HEC recognized institution
  • Experience: 05 years of relevant experience.

 

OR

 

 

  • Education: 18 years of qualification in MBA/MPA/Finance/Economics/Project Management/ Social Sciences or related discipline from a HEC recognized institution.
  • Experience: 04years of relevant experience.

 

OR

 

  • Education: Master degree in MBA/MPA/Finance/Economics/Project Management/ Social Sciences or related discipline from a recognized foreign institution
  • Experience:  Fresh candidate may apply.

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Assist and support General Manager, Business Development and BD team in preparation and review of business development related policies, plans, proposals or other related activities.
  • Prepare and submit EOI/RFP related documents, compile EOI/RFP and its on-time submission
  • Assist Sr. Specialist / Head Business Development and Specialist in preparation and review of Business Development related policies, plans, proposals or other related activities.
  • Identification and shortlisting of potential business opportunities for the Company
  • Coordinate to arrange proposal related documents like Call for Proposal/EOI/RFP as per Terms of Reference (TOR) or other documents needed in connection with the proposal submission.
  • Coordination and collaboration with internal teams, local and international consultants and clients
  • Support concerned sections of the Company in arranging any external resources, if so required, as identified / proposed by the concerned section(s), individual(s) and/or firm(s), required for the proposal submission.
  • Coordination for timely preparation of technical, financial and other proposal related components
  • Analyze and respond to the queries of relevant section(s) of the Company as well as Client(s) relating to project / proposal being considered as a potential opportunity.
  • Procurement and admin work
  • Preparation of Noting, presentations, work plans of the BD, minutes of meetings, Letters, etc.
  • Maintain database and records of all the projects in pipeline (under evaluation/submitted)
  • Compliance with relevant procurement laws and policies of the Company
  • Development of necessary documents to prepare and submit grievance to client relating to proposal submitted
  • Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Specialist.
