Qualification and experience:

Job Description

 

Education: 16 years of qualification Economics, Applied Economics, Education Management and/or Healthcare Management from an HEC recognized institution 

Experience: Minimum 5 years of quantitative research and analysis experience in healthcare and/or education sectors. Candidates with experience in social sector, poverty and development will be preferred.

OR

Education: 18 years of qualification Economics, Applied Economics, Education Management and/or Healthcare Management from an HEC recognized institution 

Experience: Minimum 4 years of quantitative research and analysis experience in healthcare and/or education sectors. Candidates with experience in social sector, poverty and development will be preferred.

OR

Education: Master's in Economics, Applied Economics, Education Management and/or Healthcare Management from a foreign recognized institution 

Experience: Fresh candidate may apply.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a Program Manager Social Sector (Health & Education) with project/program management tasks
  • Identification and development of framework for analyzing existing policies and reforms related proposals to social development sector (Health & Education)
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for social development (Health & Education)
  • Coordination with teams internally to achieve the objectives of the ongoing projects, programs and tasks/assignments related to social development and policy
  • Coordination and engage with other Government Departments to gather information as required
  • Supervise the team in collecting data and conducting analysis, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Reviewing literature and global best practices to prepare policy papers and reports
  • Write quality academic reports /research papers and delivers lectures on health & education related topics
  • Conducting capacity building workshops/ trainings, as and when required.
  • Conduct and coordinate the events, stakeholder consultations, workshops and field work
  • Any other task assigned by the Task Lead / Supervisor / Competent Authority.
