Qualification and experience:

Job Description

 

  • Education: 16 years of qualification in MBA/MPA/Finance/Economics/Project Management/ Social Sciences or related discipline from a HEC recognized institution
  • Experience: 07 years of relevant experience.

 

OR

 

 

  • Education: 18 years of qualification in MBA/MPA/Finance/Economics/Project Management/ Social Sciences or related discipline from a HEC recognized institution.
  • Experience: 06 years of relevant experience.

 

OR

 

  • Education: Master degree in MBA/MPA/Finance/Economics/Project Management/ Social Sciences or related discipline from a recognized foreign institution
  • Experience: 04 years of relevant experience.

 

OR

 

  • Education: PhD degree in MBA/MPA/Finance/Economics/Project Management/ Social Sciences or related discipline from a recognized foreign institution

Experience: 0-4 years of relevant experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Assist and support General Manager/Sr. Specialist, Business Development in preparation and review of business development related policies, plans, proposals or other related activities.
  • Perform advanced research to identify national/international potential business opportunities (EOI/RFPs etc.) in public/private sector or announced by international agencies like ADB, WB, UN Agencies, etc., shortlisting of opportunities and sharing with concerned teams
  • Coordination for timely preparation of technical, financial and other proposal related components
  • Prepare and submit EOI/RFP related documents, compile EOI/RFP and its on-time submission
  • Provide support to concerned sections of the Company in arranging any external resources (individuals/firms) as identified and requested by them
  • Consultations with public, private and other stakeholders for business development; maintain a list of potential JV partners and Clients
  • Coordination and collaboration with internal teams as well as local and international organizations and consultants etc.
  • Preparation of noting, briefs, working paper, presentations, work plans (of the BD), minutes of meetings, letters, bid securities, etc.
  • Prepare and present position of business development to the Head Business Development and senior management on periodic basis
  • Ensure that project briefs and related database/records are updated/maintained timely and secured
  • Ensure compliance with relevant procurement laws as well as policies of the Company
  • Supervise the grievance process relating to a proposal submitted to a Client
  • Assist General Manager in supervising the work of other team members
  • Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager
