Plan and Design Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage systems keeping in view the priority and planning horizons & assist team lead in design, analysis and execution of WSS related projects / assignments / plans.

Check the adequacy of existing infrastructure as per the actual conditions, on-site condition and demand of the area & carry out relevant required surveys

Conduct conditional assessment of existing conveying (Water or Sewerage) network, civil structures, waste water and storm-water related infrastructure

Plan, predict and forecast requirements for WSS infrastructure of any area & identify gaps and possible solutions to mitigate these gaps

Recommend best suitable Plan/Route for sewerage and storm-water drainage

Plan, execute visits to water, sanitation and water resource related infrastructure & facilities and assist in carrying out water supply/quality related field testing, sampling and GIS markation of existing WSS infrastructure

Support in carrying out Research and Development activities and assist in identification of sector related on-ground issues, and challenges to cater in planning

Development of WSS assessments, baselines reports and conduct studies for multiple WSS situational analysis/conditional assessments & assist in development of concept drawings, layout plans, cost estimates and maps

Ensure coordination and liaison between different stakeholders, institutions and departments engaged in a project

Drafting and preparation of documentations (MOM, letters, notes, presentations, reports, project documents, proposals and work plans)

Review of PC-1 as per PSS requirements and preparation of PSS alignment reports

Arrange and manage stakeholder’s meetings, focus group discussions and workshops

Any other task assigned by the team lead
