Qualification and experience:

a. Masters/MBA Degree in HRM /HRD /General / Economics from recognized university or institute

b. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP would be highly preferred

a. Applicant must have at least an overall 10 years of progressive professional  experience with 06 years of post qualification

         experience in Human Resource Management in a leadership role. 

b. Candidates with a background in healthcare will be preferred.

c. Candidate must be familiar with  HRMlS/HRIS and Microsoft Office Tools. 

d. Broad knowledge of MTI Act & Regulations and experience in employment law, applicable government rules, compensation. organizational' planning, organization development, employees relations. and training and development.
