Qualification:

Masters from HEC recognized University, in one or more of the following disciplines i.e. international law, humanitarian development studies, international relations social science or other relevant field.

Experience:

1) At least 15 years progressively responsible professional experience in development projects, of which at least 05 years of senior level experience in child rights programming.

2) Demonstrate field experience working on child rights programming , policy papers and drafting of well researched position papers on child rights issues mainly child labor, bonded labor, trafficking etc.

3) Demonstrate excellent partnership building skills with external and internal stakeholders.

4) Fluency in oral and written english is a requirement.

Age relaxation:

5 years upper age relaxation as per government rule.
