EPR began holding orientation seminars for its remote employees throughout all of the Punjab districts. The training sessions are delivered by the EPR team in the regions of Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Multan, and lastly Lahore. All of Punjab's districts are included in these four areas, where the training is attended by more than 93% of the candidates. Candidates received a realistic demo of the EPR portal during the training session in addition to knowledge of the EPR services. In addition, applicants presented a session on improving performance and capacity.
