About National Rozgaar Support (NRS) Programme

Since its inception, the primary aim of the Employment Processing Resource has been to advocate for meritocracy, transparency, and equal opportunities within the national employment landscape. Our organization extends its services to both governmental and non-governmental entities committed to upholding these principles in their hiring processes. Our team not only boasts extensive professional experience in evaluating individual competencies but also possesses the requisite proficiency in leveraging modern technology and adhering to international standards to ensure meritocratic and transparent practices.

Whether in the realm of employment or education, our mandate encompasses skill assessment and the preservation of merit across all sectors. We pride ourselves on our nationwide network of skilled personnel equipped to assess individual competencies, coupled with the utilization of state-of-the-art machinery for efficient data processing. This strategic approach enables us to navigate the complexities of large-scale evaluations seamlessly.

Under the National Rozgaar Support Programme, the Employment Processing Resource has initiated a new programme aimed at offering youth employment support services nationwide. As part of this initiative, the organization annually invites young individuals from across the country to submit their applications in order to benefit from the program. To assess the candidates' capabilities, the organization evaluates their academic qualifications and compiles the results accordingly. The organization will recommend federal and provincial government / semi government departments to prioritize the job applications of youth affiliated with the National Rozgaar Support Program of Employment Processing Resource.

Additionally, to assist youth in securing employment, the organization request/ recommend to government departments to provide internship opportunities to help enhance their skills. Furthermore, with the backing of Chambers of Commerce both domestically and internationally, the organization will endeavor to create employment and internship opportunities for youth across various industries

Youth benefiting from the National Employment Support Program get the following benefits:

  • I. Issuance of “National Assessment Certificate for Employment”.
  • II. Preference/recommendation for Federal Government & Provincial government jobs opportunities.
  • III. Preference/recommendation for Federal Government & Provincial government internship opportunities.
  • IV. Preference/recommendation for employment and internship opportunities in industries associated with chamber of commerce national wide.
