Qualification and experience:

Master's degree (minimum sixteen years of education) or equivalent in Meteorology, Hydro-Meteorology, Geology, Physics, Mathematics, Environmental, Atmospheric and Earth Sciences, Engineering, Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Management, or any other relevant field from a reputable international or HEC recognized national university

Fifteen years’ experience; after acquiring stipulated qualifications in a relevant field out of which at least five years’ experience in a senior position in a comparable project involving large-scale procurement and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Good knowledge of project management.

Good knowledge of federal government procedures particularly those relating to the management of projects.

Proficient in the use of computers (MS Office, Project Management Tools, etc.).
