Qualification and experience:
BE/ BSc in Civil engineering preferably a higher degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience on donor-funded projects.
Ten years’ experience in similar organizations including five years’ experience in Project Management.
Knowledge of World Bank procedures will be an added advantage.
