Qualification and experience:
BE/B.Sc. Engineering
Degree must be recognized by PEC.
Minimum Twenty (20) years of experience in Public procurement including 10 years of experience in Contract Management in the Railways Sector.
The candidates must be conversant with Contract Management, PPRA Rules & Procurement Guidelines of the International Donor Agencies.
Preference shall be given to candidates conversant with PPRA software – EPADS
(For E-Procurement).
