Qualification and Experience:

a. Charter Accountant / MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification (1st Division) from an HEC-recognized University/Board with 20 Years' experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Audit in posts equivalent to grade 17 and above in University / Board / Government Department / Autonomous organization.

b. PhD in the relevant field with 18 Years experience in the field of Finance & Accounting in posts, equivalent to grade 17 or above in a Public University/Board/Govt department or autonomous organization.

Preference shall be given to those candidates who have relevant experience serving against grade-19 posts for at least 02 Years dealing with Finance & Accounts matters.
