Qualification and Experience:

a. Postgraduate or equivalent qualification in 1st Division from an HEC-recognized University with 20 Years of administrative experience including experience in Establishment / Service matters in a post equivalent to grade- 17 and above in a University Board / Government Department/ Autonomous organization.

b. PhD in the relevant field with 18 years of administrative Establishment experience in posts, equivalent to grade 17 or above in a Public University/Board/Govt department or autonomous organization.

Preference shall be given to those candidates with relevant experience of serving against grade-19 posts for at least 02 Years dealing with Establishment Service matters or candidates having experience of serving in similar positions in Public Section university / Board/ Govt Departments or autonomous organizations.
