Qualification and experience:
Armed Forces personnel from Engineering or other Corps with an MBA and at least 15 years of Service not below the rank of Colonel.
If none is available then candidates having qualification of B.Sc Engineering (2nd division) (Civil or Electrical or City & Regional Planning) from a HEC recognized university with valid registration from Pakistan Engineering Council / Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners and seven years relevant experience.
