Qualification and experience:

Postgraduate Degree in Management/Public Administration from HEC-recognized institute.

OR

By transfer from amongst cadre officers from PAS, Ex PCS and PSS possessing postgraduate degree postgraduate degree in Management/ Public Administration and having a minimum of 08 years of working experience through a competitive process for a period of three years extendable on the performance basis.

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience preferably in Health Sector.

Experience and competence in the health sector are mandatory.

Knowledge about Public Sector rules and regulations.
