Qualification and experience:

Postgraduate Degree in Public Health, Health Policy & Management or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution.

OR

By transfer from amongst cadre officers of PAS and EX-PCS (BS-19/20) having working experience in Public Sector Projects in a similar capacity, through a competitive process.

Minimum experience of 12 years in public health and management

Experience and competence in health sector project management are desirable.

Technically sound in public health including MNCH, nutrition, family planning, and reproductive health matters.

Knowledge about Public Sector rules and regulations

Experience in the financial management of projects.

Experience of working with International/ National Donors/ Funded Projects
