Qualification and experience:

Masters in Information Security/Technology and Computer Sciences or equivalent from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.

PhD from an HEC-recognized university shall be preferred.

Relevant Certifications in IS Audits especially CISA, CISM, etc shall be preferred.

Minimum 10 years in Senior Position/s in Information Security operations and management roles.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (national/ international), technological advancements in industry, and international best practices.

Profound knowledge to steer organizational strategy and align it with NADRA’s vision for Information Security (IS)/ Cyber Security (CS).

Expert in need analysis, gap identification, and taking corrective measures to address identified issues.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to represent NADRA at local and international forums on matters related to IS/ CS.

Good leadership qualities and abilities to handle a team of IS professionals.

Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed, timely decisions as per arising critical scenarios.
