Qualification and experience:

Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized University/ Institution or Equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field as determined by HEC along with a valid PNC /PN&MC License

5 years post terminal qualification level Teaching/ Research Experience in an HEC-Recognized University or a PostGraduate Institution.

OR

8 years of Teaching /Research Experience in an HEC-Recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution with 3 years post–terminal experience in Teaching.

10 Research Publications in journals recognized jointly by HEC and PN&MC (with at least 4 of these publications in the last 5 years).
