Qualification and experience:

At least, Master’s degree, in Statistics/ Demographics/ Public Policy/ International Development/ Economics/Public Health, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

 Advanced certification in M&E, statistics or any other relevant discipline shall be accorded due weightage.

At least 3 years’ experience of working with health sector M&E activity/ program

Experience in program/project design and formulation, management, and evaluation;

Knowledge of recent developments in program/project M&E, data management, acquisition, analysis and result reporting;

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Pakistan Public Health Sector in general and Provincial Health Sector in particular;

Experience of working with development partners
