Qualification and experience:

At least, Master’s degree or equivalent (sixteen (16) years of education), in Environmental Studies/Science/Engineering, or Natural Resource Management duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan

At least, eight (08) years of documentary verifiable experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in dealing with environmental and social management and implementation particularly in education and health sector;

Sound knowledge of national environmental laws and policies. Knowledge of International Development Organization’s environmental and social safeguards policies and shall be accorded due weightage.

Experience of environmental and social management and Compliance in the project implementation
