Qualification and Experience:

Minimum Master's degree (with minimum 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized educational institution,Preferably 05 years' experience as a Principal or a senior faculty member, ideally at a reputed residential institution with traditional public schooling.Leadership and command ability.Thorough understanding of boarding management as well as wholesome grooming and personality development of the faculty/alumni.Experience as housemaster in a known residential institution will have additional weightage. Possess strong acumen and is well-versed in managing the key functions of a traditional residential institution, including administration, people management, performance evaluation, in-house messing, procurement, health and safety, security and surveillance, public audits, allied sports facilities, counseling, financial matters, and correspondence.Possess a strong understanding of the educational system in Punjab and the ability to develop effective procedures to significantly enhance student performance.Should be able to provide guidance and training to teachers through a strong understanding of teaching strategies and instructional methods.Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
