Qualification and Experience:
MS in Project Management or PMP. Certified. BSC Civil or a related field. Relevant certification (e.g. Quality Management Certificate) will be preferred. and Minimum 7 years experience in Civil Engineering with a focus on Quality Assurance in construction. Strong understanding of construction practices, materials and engineering principles. Familiarity with international quality management system and standards (e.g ISO,ASTM)
