Qualification and Experience:
05% by selection through the Punjab Public Service Commission from amongst the Sub-Engineers (BS-14) with three years' service in the functional unit and Have B.E or B.Sc. (second division) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission and Pakistan Engineering council and Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. Note:- Only the Sub Engineers (BS-14) of Local Govt. & Community Development Department with (03) years' service in the functional unit are eligible to apply. The Service Certificate must be signed and stamped by the Competent Authority of the functional Unit.
