Qualification and Experience:
LLB (preferably LLM/ Bar at Law) from well reputed National / International University and Advocate High Court Supreme Court with at least 15 years of practice and Having experience of Legal Advisory of reputed Private or Public sector companies or Government departments related to Corporate Law, Companies Act 2017, SOE Act, SECP, PPRA, Banking &Taxation Law and Insurance Laws.
Having an Office at Lahore. Understanding of Matters pertaining to Companies Relation, Contracts and BODS role.
