Qualification and Experience:
LLB (preferably LLM/ Bar at Law) from well reputed National/ International University/ Institution. Advocate High Court/ Supreme Court with at least 15 years of practice and Having experience of Legal Advisory of reputed Private or Public sector companies or Government departments related to Service Law, Ombudsman/ Wafaqi Mohtasib, NIRC. Having an Office at Lahore. Proficiency in Service Laws as to Esta Code, E&D Rules, NIRC and Wafagi Mohtasib and Understanding of Govt. Legal and Departmental Proceedings.
